Police Help Drunken Man Out of Road, Find 3 Outstanding Warrants
Milford police said they noticed the man stumbling into the road during Sunday night's storm and placed him in protective custody.

MILFORD, MA- Milford police said early Monday morning they responded to a call about a man stumbling into the road in the midst of the storm.
According to the police log the man was seen wandering near Dana Farber Crossing, asking passing cars for a ride. He had blood on his shirt, but it is unclear where the blood came from, according to police.
The man, identified as Juan Manuel Mayancela-Quisphi, was taken into protective custody by officers, who noticed he was intoxicated and placing himself in danger, according to police. Once officers had Mayancela-Quisphi in custody, they found three outstanding warrants for his arrest.

All three warrants were for driving violations, two in Milford court and one in Worcester court. One of the warrants cited charges for operating under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license and a marked lanes violation. Another warrant mentions charges of driving with an open container of alcohol in the car and failure to show up in court.
