Two Charged With 10 Counts of Larceny, 10 Counts of Credit Card Fraud

Police say two men that allegedly broke into vehicles spend $931 with a stolen credit card.

Two men charged with breaking into vehicles in July now face multiple larceny charges.

Jonathan Cabral 20, of Milford and Zachary Grinnell, 23 of Millis, were arrested by police Monday night and were both charged with four counts of breaking and entering a vehicle in the nighttime for a felony, four counts of larceny under $250, credit card larceny, 10 counts of credit card fraud, 10 counts of larceny under 250, credit card fraud over $250, and larceny over $250.

Police say that the two entered several unlocked vehicles in the Main Street area on the night of July 27 and the early morning hours of July 28. A wallet, among other items, was stolen from a car on South Bow Street and the ATM card in it was used on July 29 at 13 area stores for a total of $931.00. Video surveillance of several stores showed both parties making purchases using the stolen ATM card.

The two were taken into custody in the back parking lot of the Dunkin’ Donuts on Main Street Monday evening.
