The woman, identified as Pamela Urann of Duxbury, had bloodshot and glassy eyes when the officer approached her car and a strong smell of alcohol came from her mouth, according to the police report. As she got out of her car she needed to lean on the car to stabilize herself and the officer told her he was concerned she had been drinking and driving. Urann shouted "I've been drunk for 30 years," in response to the officer, according to the report.
