Court Log: Assault and Battery Charges Dismissed

Childera W. Ihenetu, 23, of 528 Hyde Park Ave., Roslindale, had charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon dismissed in Quincy District Court. The charges stem from a Feb. 15 incident in Milton at 2:10 p.m. when police responded to a report of a domestic dispute on Centre Ave., where Ihenetu allegedly punched and head-butted his brother during an argument.
