Milton Art Center Holds Successful Art Bingo Night
About 100 people attended Art Bingo Night at the Milton Art Center earlier this month.

The first-ever Art Bingo Night at the Milton Art Center exceeded all expectations. About 40 people had pre-registered, but 100 guests showed up on Friday, November 2, for a chance to win stunning artworks by local artists.
Six rounds of bingo were called, in turn, by State Representative Walter Timilty, Milton Selectman Denis Keohane, Kristan Bagley-Jones of the Milton School Committee, State Senator Brian Joyce, Vance Welch, the owner of Abby Park in Milton, and Ed Merritt, president of Mount Washington Bank. Emcee Mark Kroninger kept the evening lively.
Efforts to launch Art Bingo Night were spearheaded by Susan Merritt who was delighted at the turnout on a rainy night, who said, โThe awareness is growing that the Milton Art Center needs to be here. The more support we get will add to our ability to do more programming.โ
