Pix and Flix with FAVA Arts and Crafts Camp

Students interested in the art of capturing images using photography and creating action with animation participated in the weeklong FAVA Summer Camp class Pix and Flix this week at Pierce Middle School.

The third, in the month long series of courses taught by Karen Hainline and Janet Gilmore explored the world of photographers and filmmakers. Students created pinhole cameras as well as black box, collage and stop-motion forms of animation.

The final FAVA class of the summer will be Fractured Fairy Tales, which begins Monday.
