Witnesses Will Help 'Piece Together' What Happened at Shooting Scene, DA Says

A 41-year-old man from the New Bedford area was shot and killed by a Massachusetts State Police trooper Friday morning after they got into a "violent confrontation" on Route 28 in Milton.
