Trainor, 70 Hillside Avenue, Needham, MA 02492, owner, has made application to the Board of Appeals for a Special Permit under Sections 1.4.7.4, 3.2, 7.5.2 and any other applicable Sections of the By-Law to permit the reconstruction of the lawful, pre-existing, non-conforming two-family dwelling know and numbered 70 Hillside Avenue, Needham, MA and all other relief as may be necessary and appropriate for the demolition of the existing two-family structure located thereon, in the Single Residence B District.
