Friday, Aug. 20 is the final day for neighborhoods to register with the town to hold a block party as part of Needham 300 Block Party Day on Sept. 10. It is important for residents to notify the town and receive permission for block parties so that police and other officials can ensure traffic can still move safely through town and account for other concerns that may arise with such an event.
