Town Of Needham: Town Of Needham To Host Veterans Day Ceremony

The Town of Needham will host a Veterans Day ceremony Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Memorial Park at 11 am. The community is invited to attend the event, which will include remarks from local elected officials, student readings, and a wreath laying. The Needham Police Department Honor Guard and Needham Fire Department Honor Guard will also be in attendance. 

In addition, The Exchange Club of Needham is honoring veterans with its Annual Veterans Day Drive to benefit the New England Center and Home for Veterans. The group is collecting new white t-shirts in sizes XL, XXL, and XXL along with Dunkin’ Donuts cards in $5 denominations. New t-shirts can be dropped off at the donation collection on the front steps of Needham Town Hall between 10 am and 4 pm on Tuesday, November 9th or Wednesday, November 10th. Dunkin’ gift cards can be donated on Veterans’ Day, November 11th outside Dunkin’ store at 1203 Highland Ave.
