Ayla Yildiz Joins Hammond Residential Real Estate Chestnut Hill Office

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. (October 6, 2015) - Jim Nemetz, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Chestnut Hill and Waban offices, is pleased to announce that Ayla Yildiz has affiliated with Hammond. In her new role, Ayla will collaborate with buyer and seller clients from Hammond’s Chestnut Hill office located at 826 Boylston Street.

A Newton resident since 2009, Ayla is fluent in Turkish and has lived abroad in a variety of real estate hotspots such as Dubai and Istanbul. She earned a degree in statistics from Middle East Technical University (METU), one of Turkey’s premier higher learning institutions. Active within her community, Ayla is highly involved in her daughter’s extracurricular activities. When she is not working, she enjoys exercising, exploring the beautiful surroundings of New England, and cooking.

Prior to her real estate career, Ayla worked in the financial industry as an investment banker, where she worked with financial institutions, negotiated complex instruments, and operated on a fast-paced Treasury floor. She also managed her own stock portfolio, which provided her with the flexibility to balance her time between work, family, and social life.

Having relocated numerous times, Ayla understands the challenges involved throughout complex real estate transactions. As a Hammond agent, she draws upon her previous experience and desire to deliver long-lasting customer service.
