C&W Services Hires Scott Conover as Director of Business Development

C&W Services, one of the largest facility services companies in the US & Canada, announced that Scott Conover will be joining the company as Director of Business Development for the Northeast-South region.

Scott will report directly to the Vice President of Business Development. In his new role, Scott will plan and coordinate the implementation of new business pursuit plans and the penetration of new markets.

Prior to joining C&W Services, Scott served as a Business Development Representative for TruGreen of Connecticut. He has also held positions in firms dedicated to facilities services, program

and project management, moving services, construction services, MEP engineering and grounds and landscaping services.

“Scott joins us with 14 years of experience working with facilities management companies and an array of desired clients. We’re excited to have him on board to tap into the innovative business development ideas I know he’ll bring,” said Bill Romine, C&W Services Vice President of Business Development.

Scott received his master’s degree in marketing management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Hartford, Conn., and bachelor’s degree in business administration from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain. He belongs to a number of professional associations, including the International Facility Management Association and Building Owners and Management Association.
