Teens, ages 14-18, can improve muscle tone, endurance and overall strength through a six-week teen-oriented, boot camp workout. Through Boot Camp for Teens at the Leventhal-Sidman JCC in Newton (333 Nahanton Street), teens will engage in cardio and weight training exercises and stretching to help them get fit or stay fit. The class meets after school on Mondays for girls and Fridays for boys (3:30-4:15pm), beginning the week of January 23. Cost is $120.
