
Come to L'Aroma Cafe for a free community class on Integrated Relaxation, or Yoga Nidra on Thursdays, November 3 through December 1 (no class on Thanksgiving).
This class is designed for people without Yoga Nidra experience. Learn tools for reducing stress with relaxation techniques including breathing exercises, gentle stretching, visualization and simple meditation. After this four-week course, you will have a 20-minute stress-reduction routine to put you in a no-stress-zone every day.
