While you relax with your guests, Pantry will dazzle them with a spectacular, harvest-themed menu by Executive Chef Alastair Mclean, featuring all your seasonal favorites.

Including sweet and savory fall flavors, Chef Mclean’s delightful Thanksgiving Day menu will draw the whole family to the table by showcasing skillfully-crafted main courses such as Maple-Brined Turkey with apple-sausage stuffing, cranberry-orange chutney and truffle gravy; Cider-Braised Beef Brisket with fall-spiced jus; and Maple-Glove Glazed Ham, served with Chef Jim’s house-made apple butter.
