Goodwill Donation Center Moving to Rumford Avenue March 1
Now residents can drop off recycling and donations at same location

BOSTON (February 18, 2016) – Newton residents can now donate to Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries and drop off their recycling at one convenient location.
Starting Tuesday, March 1, the Goodwill attended donation center at 28 Austin Street will be relocated in Newton’s Rumford Avenue Resource Recovery Center at 115 Rumford Avenue.
“We appreciate all the valuable community work Goodwill does. They have had a successful donation center in the city for a number of years,” said Newton Mayor Setti Warren. “Their new location at the Rumford Recycling Center is perfect for Newton residents who also need to drop off items for recycling. We are also pleased that non-Newton residents can continue to donate to Goodwill at this new location.”
