Janice Lipof Joins Hammond Residential Real Estate Chestnut Hill Office

Jim Nemetz, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Chestnut Hill office, today announced that Janice Lipof has affiliated with Hammond and will be working as part of the Kennedy Lynch Team to collaborate with buyer and seller clients from Hammond’s Chestnut Hill office location at 826 Boylston Street.

In her new role at Hammond, Lipof draws upon her extensive sales and marketing knowledge to understand her clients’ needs. She is dedicated to providing the highest level of client service throughout all phases of a real estate transaction, and her keen eye for detail and negotiation skills help her clients to achieve their real estate goals.

Prior to joining Hammond, Lipof enjoyed a successful career in sales, both in managing sales teams and as a key account sales manager dealing with high level executives. Combining her passion for real estate and sales, she most recently worked as a design consultant for a premier MetroWest area developer.

A longtime Newton resident and Simmons College graduate, Lipof has been very active within Newton Public Schools, where her two daughters are currently enrolled. Additionally, she has played an integral role in the numerous campaign successes of her husband, Rick Lipof, who serves as Ward 8 City Councilor at Large in Newton. When she is not working, Lipof can be found volunteering for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute as a Peer Mentor through the SoulMate program, and she is also involved in other charitable organizations throughout the area.
