Nancy Landau Joins Hammond Residential Real Estate Chestnut Hill Office

Jim Nemetz, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Chestnut Hill office, today announced that Nancy Landau has affiliated with Hammond and will work alongside the team of Kathy Krongel and Ann Marie Paul to collaborate with buyer and seller clients from Hammond’s Chestnut Hill office location at 826 Boylston Street.

Landau brings to her new role at Hammond, a passion for project management, communication, and interior design. A native Newtonian, she spent seven years teaching at Angier Elementary School in Waban, and prior to that worked for ten years in the design industry at Schumacher Fabric and Wallcovering. These experiences, combined with her personal and frequent relocations, sparked her interest in working in residential real estate.

Enthusiastic about Newton and the surrounding communities, Landau looks forward to educating her clients about the area while guiding them through all aspects of a home purchase or sale. Her attention to detail, personable demeanor, and commitment to providing a high level of client service distinguish her as trusted real estate resource.

Landau attended Newton Public Schools for her primary education and she graduated from Newton South High School. She went on to earn a bachelor of science in elementary education from Boston University. When not working, Nancy can be found spending time with friends and family while enjoying all that Greater Boston and the surrounding communities have to offer.
