Newton Resident Awarded $1,500 Simon Youth Foundation Community Scholarship

Simon Malls and Simon Premium Outlets in New England announced today that 26 high school seniors, including Marisa Ng of Newton, were awarded Simon Youth Foundation Scholarships totaling more than $80,000. Ng will continue his/her education this fall at Northeastern University with help from The Shops at Chestnut Hill and the Simon Youth Foundation (SYF), a national non-profit organization dedicated to helping at-risk students graduate high school and to providing scholarship opportunities for college-bound students.

Scholarship recipients attended a celebratory reception on Wednesday, July 20th at Burlington Mall in Burlington, Massachusetts.
