Newtown South High School To Host 'Lion’s Pride Day'

Lion’s Pride Day will be held on Tuesday 12/10 at 2:00 pm. All Winter athletes are asked to participate.

Adaptive Sports New England athletes will be our guests.

Adaptive Sports New England collaborates with youth, high school and college leagues/conferences to include Para sport events in new and existing competitions. We design inclusive structures and formats and support the leagues/conferences as they implement these procedures. Our past and current partners include South Shore YMCA, Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston, Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association, Eastern College Athletic Conference, NCAA, and the U.S. Olympic Committee.

Our guest speakers will share their experience and we will have a chance to participate in adaptive sports.
