Fall Child/Adult Class: All locations

Explore the wonderful Fall season alongside your child!

PUDDLESTOMPERS weekly child/adult classes are fun and educational for kids and parents! Each 55-minute class is organized around a seasonally relevant concept, occurrence, or a natural element. Activities include some combination of hands-on exploration, games, songs and crafts. We end each class with a snack and story related to the day’s theme. Classes are held in various local parks in your community!

Wellesley classes run Tuesday mornings, September 27th – November 11th

2-3 year olds w/ Adult, 9:30am - 10:25am

Habitat Classes

PUDDLESTOMPERS Habitat Classes offer a wonderful opportunity for young naturalists to explore the outdoors alongside their grown-up! These one-time classes are perfect for families who are new to PUDDLESTOMPERS and want to learn more about nature.

Each class focuses on a fascinating nature habitat and includes hands-on exploration, games, songs, craft, and a story. Participants receive a magnet with ideas for exploring nature in their backyard and informational handouts to extend learning into the home!

Ages: 2 - 5 year olds with adult

School Vacation Programs

Have your child discover the wonders of nature this Fall with PUDDLESTOMPERS Vacation Programs! Explore the outdoors in a fun, active environment under the guidance of experienced teacher naturalists.

The day includes hands-on exploration, active movement, outdoor play, crafts, stories, and songs. A small student to teacher ratio creates a personal, close-knit experience. A snack will be provided each day, as well as a take-home craft and handout with additional activities and information to extend environmental education and nature discovery into your home. Program offered in various locations during school vacation weeks and holidays.

Ages: 3-6

Where: PUDDLESTOMPERS Nature Center, 1 Bridge Street in Newton, MA.

When: Columbus Day, Monday October 10th

Veteran’s Day, Friday November 11th

9:00am-1:00pm (8:30am drop-off & 3:00pm pick-up available)

Cost: $64/day/child
