Simon Announces New General Manager at The Shops at Chestnut Hill
Simon Property Group Inc., that Theresa Morocco has been named the General Manager at The Shops at Chestnut Hill
In her role as General Manager at The Shops at Chestnut Hill, Morocco will manage day-to-day operations, create and implement annual operating budgets, oversee local leasing, lease administration, and manage maintenance, housekeeping, security, and marketing.
Morocco has over 10 years of experience in the retail industry that includes retail management as well as property management. In 2013, she participated in Simon’s Management Training Program, while serving as the Assistant Mall Manager at Newport Centre, in Jersey City, New Jersey, and most recently served as Mall Manager at Lima Mall in Lima, Ohio, prior to her new role at The Shops at Chestnut Hill. Morocco resides in Boston’s West End neighborhood.
