Who came out on top as the Democratic and Republican picks in your town?

NEWTON, MA - Today Newton voters flooded the polls to place their picks for the Democratic and Republican nominees.

According to the unofficial results from the Newton Town Clerk’s office, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump earned the most votes from their respective parties.

Democratic Presidential Nominee:

Hillary Clinton - 14,648 votes (63 percent)

Bernie Sanders - 8,489 votes (36 percent)

Republican Presidential Nominee:

Donald Trump - 2,197 votes (35 percent)

Ted Cruz - 443 votes (7 percent)

Marco Rubio - 1,602 votes (26 percent)

Ben Carson - 71 votes (1.13 percent)

John Kasich - 1,705 votes (28 percent)
