Updating the MBTA Newton Highlands Commuter Rail Station

Join in this community meeting that focuses on an update of the Newton station.

The MBTA recently conducted and finished a feasibility study on design options that could update the Newton Highlands station to make it fully accessible to seniors and people with disabilities.

A community meeting held on Thursday, Oct. 15, at 6 p.m., at the Woman’s Club of Newton Highlands, is planned be to review early design options and gather community feedback. Anyone who has idea or is concerned about the update is encouraged to attend.
