Driver Crashes Across From Norwood Police Department

NORWOOD, MA — It was a very short trip for the Norwood Police Department's response to a car crash. In fact, all they needed to do was look outside to see the incident.

Early Saturday morning, police noticed a car crash across the street from the police station on Nahatan Street. The crash was so close that the station can be seen in a photo of the crash taken by police.

The driver, whose name has not been released, will be charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle. A cause for the crash has not been given,

No injuries were reported.
