3:12 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Route 1, Alexander Flynn, 28, of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, was arrested on a warrant.
7:41 a.m. - A cab driver on Monroe Street told police that his passenger fled without paying his fare. The matter was resolved.
