Norwood Police Log: July 14-15

Highlights from the daily police log.

Thursday, July 14:

12:37 p.m. - Resident on Edgehill Rd. said a nearby dog had been barking for about an hour. A few neighborhood kids were able to return the dog to its owner.

1:55 p.m. - Truck on Rock St. was idling for more than three hours under a "No Idling" sign. The driver shut down the vehicle prior to officers' arrival.

10:48 p.m. - Officers received a report of kids gathering on Washington St. They were gone on police arrival.

12:21 a.m. - Caller on St. Joseph Ave. said a small red car with a bunch of rowdy kids, possibly smoking marijuana, has been going up and down the street. Officers responded to the incident and noted everything was in order and nobody was smoking.
