Norwood Police Log: July 20-21

Wednesday, July 20:

7:18 a.m. - Resident on Monroe St. reported her vehicle was broken into during the night while it was parked at home. An officer spoke with the party and filed a report.

11:17 a.m. - A truck did not make it under a bridge on Lenox Street, and there was no apparent damage. CSX was notified of the incident.

2:30 p.m. - Caller at the intersection of Maple St. and Wheelock Ave. reported three youths threw something at her car and took off running. Officers found no damage to the car and checked the area for the kids.

10:22 p.m. - Resident on Laurel Rd. reported kids knocked on her door and ran way. Officers found no damage and no kids in the area.

Thursday, July 21:

1:30 a.m. - Officers inspected a car on Pleasant St. that had its dome light on in the driveway. The car was secure.
