Norwood Police Log: July 25-26

Monday, July 25:

9:05 a.m. - Caller at the intersection of Walpole and Bond streets reported he was hit from behind and the other vehicle left the scene.

11:56 a.m. - Resident on Monroe St. reported vandalism to a backyard garden. An officer responded and it was determined damage might have been done thanks to neighborhood kids.

6:05 p.m. - Officers received a report of a drunk person passed out at a location on Day St. The Norwood Fire Department responded and the drunk person refused to move. Officers arrested the person and turned him over to a responsible party.

Tuesday, July 26:

1:08 a.m. - Employee at McDonald's on Broadway St. reported her purse was rifled through and money was missing. An officer responded to the incident.
