Norwood Police Log: July 5-6

Tuesday, July 5:

9:00 a.m. - Caller reported lights were on flash at the intersection of Talbot Farm Rd. and Neponset St. Norwood Light was notified of the incident.

7:06 p.m. - Officers responded to a possible disturbance where a resident on Ash Rd. said their son was home, possibly doing drugs with a warrant against him. All was fine when police did a check of the home.

Wednesday, July 6:

12:57 a.m. - Caller at the intersection of Boston Providence Highway and University Ave. reported he hit a large rock that was in the roadway. The Department of Public Works responded to remove the rock out of the road. The car received minor damage in the incident.
