February 26

11:42 p.m. - Following a traffic stop on Route 1, Darcelle Lavalley, 39, of Norwood, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and marked lanes violation.

February 27

1:08 a.m. - A caller reported an unoccupied vehicle that appeared to be in a crash and was now in the middle of the road way near Sumner and Union Streets. Police located the driver, identified as Brian Fitzgibbons, 48, of Sharon, at a nearby Dunkin’ Donuts. He was charged with operation under the influence of liquor (second offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage, ad operating with a suspended license.

7:06 a.m. - A tree on Elliot Street fell on a car.

7:31 a.m. - A fallen tree was reported at the intersection of Monroe and Nahatan streets.

12:25 p.m. - A caller at the intersection of Upton Avenue and Highview Street reported downed wires across the road and a tree that fell into a home.

1:21 p.m. - A fallen tree was reported on Edgehill Road.

1:39 p.m. - A fallen tree was reported near Nichols Street and Shattuck Park Road.

1:59 p.m. - Wires down were reported near Route 1 and Sumner Street.

2:04 p.m. - A break-in was reported on Elliot Street.

2:17 p.m. - Low wires were reported on Mountain Avenue.

2:43 p.m. - A tree fell on a car at Ajay’s Market on Walpole Street.

2:49 pm. - A tree took down wires near Lincoln and Winner streets.

3:45 p.m. - A tree fell into wires on Earle Street.

4:53 p.m. - Downed wires were reported near Union and Sumner streets.

4:56 pm. - A tree across the road was reported on Pembroke Road.

5:15 p.m. - A light pole on Nahatan Street broke in half.

5:56 p.m. - A tree across Franklin Street was reported.

6:00 p.m. - A large tree fell in a yard on Sunnyside Road.

6:20 p.m. - A tree fell into a house on Mountain Avenue.

6:31 p.m. - A wire fell on Dean Street.

9:38 p.m. - A small electrical fire was reported on Concord Avenue.

11:52 p.m. - A fire was extinguished on Albemarle Road.

9:07 a.m. - A tree leaning against power lines on Winter Street was reported.
