Cocktail attire was the fashion code for the evening’s events, and many guests wore masks to get in the spirit of celebrating. The festive event included an auction, dinner, and dancing.

Sister Myra Rodgers and others from the Sisters of Divine Providence talked of the school’s history. Sister Myra recalled that the school began with the purchase of land in Kingston and Plymouth, and the first elementary school opened in Court Street in Plymouth, and the kindergarten opened in Kingston.
