Built in 2005 with central air, separate utilities and two parking spots per unit, the property drew multiple offers and went under agreement to an all-cash buyer, signaling strong demand in the Quincy Center area.
   

• Antonio (Tony) Politano, 84 (thequincysun.com) — Longtime Quincy resident Antonio "Tony" Politano, 84, has passed away, leaving a large extended family and many friends who knew him from his years in barbering, construction, and real estate. Calling hours will be held Wednesday, September 9, at Keohane Funeral Home on Hancock Street, with a funeral Mass Thursday at Most Blessed Sacrament and burial at Pine Hill Cemetery in Quincy.
