Women Charged in Quincy Robbery Face Judge
The pair initially refused to enter the courtroom for their initial arraignment.

QUINCY, MA — After refusing to face a judge last week, two women charged in a Quincy robbery appeared in court this week.
Cheryl Whittemore, 46, of Quincy and Jennifer Donahue, 44, of Weymouth, were arraigned Wednesday and charged with receiving stolen property. Both were ordered held on $20,000 cash bail, according to the Patriot Ledger.
Both were scheduled to be arraigned in Quincy District Court last Thursday after they were arrested the day before, but refused to enter the courtroom after seeing a FOX25 camera. Judge Mark Coven said he would hold the women in contempt until they are arraigned.

Police say the two allegedly stole a pocket book from a woman who was walking from her vehicle to her apartment building on City View Lane. The two are believed to be connected to similar incidents in Weymouth, Braintree, and Saugus.
Both are scheduled to return to court Feb. 24.
