Bay State Men Indicted in New Hampshire

Sean Partridge of Ayer was indicted for strangulation while Wayne Renard of Salem was indicted for felony OUI and crash charges.

KINGSTON, NH — The following people have been indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court recently.

Sean Partridge, 39, pictured left, of West Street in Ayer, MA, for felony second-degree assault-domestic violence, allegedly strangling a woman who was an intimate partner on Aug. 6, 2016, in Hampton.

Wayne Renard, 26, pictured right, of Ocean Boulevard in Salem, MA, for driving or operating under the influence of liquor, conduct after an accident, and reckless conduct, all felonies, as well as transporting alcoholic beverages. On July 14, 2016, he allegedly drove on I-95 in Hampton with an open beer can. Renard allegedly struck another vehicle on Ocean Boulevard in Hampton, causing a scalp laceration on the victim, and failed to stop after a crash on Ashworth Avenue, according to the indictment.

Carlos Reyes, 31, of Garden Lawrence, MA, for felony witness tampering. On May 16, 2016, allegedly acting in concert with Angela Murrillo, Reyes attempted to induce a victim to withhold information about his alleged criminal conduct in Portsmouth.
