UPDATE: One Person Dead in Fire Nearby in Worcester
Firefighters responded to a fire in the Gold Star Boulevard area early afternoon on Wednesday.

Update, 4:15 p.m.: It is reported that a person died in the fire from earlier today. The scene is still being investigated.
Original Post: Firefighters responded around 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday for an apparent fire on Gold Star Boulevard in Worcester.
According to iAlerts1, fire crews responded to the scene of this 2-alarm fire in a three-story dwelling at 60 West Boylston St. The fire was knocked down in the attic, and firefighters are checking for any extended fire.

Massachusetts State Police said at 1 p.m. that 1-190 to Exit 1 in Worcester was closed due to the fire.
