Friday, Aug. 12

11:03 a.m.: Report of a dog found severely matted and abused, 21 South Quinsigamond

Saturday, Aug. 13

1:36 a.m.: Police responded to vandalizing mailboxes, Lamplighter Circle

8:36 a.m.: Identity theft reported, Woodland Road

10:53 a.m.: Two-year old boy seen walking alone, Stoney Hill Road

11:30 a.m.: Police pulled a car over on Memorial Drive. David Angell, 46, Riverlin Street, Millbury, was arrested and charged with operating without a license, OUI (drugs)

2:48 p.m.: Reports of a jet ski being operated on Newton Pond, Sewell Drive

7:57 p.m.: Police responded to a suspicious person, Boston Turnpike. Fernando Juarbe, 42, Edward St., Worcester, was arrested on a warrant for stalking

Sunday, Aug. 14

1:06 a.m.: Driver pulled over for texting, 291 Boston Turnpike

1:11 p.m.: Vandalism to mailbox, 4 Straw Hollow Lane

2:07 p.m.: Officer removed a swimmer from under the bridge, 58 Grafton St.

3:33 p.m.: Police respond to call about a dog in a carrier without water since 11 a.m. Police find dog is well taken care of. Melody Lane

Monday, Aug. 15

4:44 p.m.: Report of bicycle stolen off porch, 21 Lakewood Drive

Tuesday, Aug. 16

1:46 p.m.: Suspicious item spotted in the lake, Lake Quinsigamond
