152-Room Hotel Coming to Medford’s Station Landing

A 152-room AC Hotel by Marriott will be the eighth and final building at Medford’s Station Landing, according to Medford Mayor Michael McGlynn.

The hotel is going in at the corner of Station Landing and Presidents Landing (the Margaritas parking lot). Construction is expected to begin sometime this year.

National Development’s Ted Tye made the announcement at McGlynn’s press conference Friday. He said the hotel will have a small pool, a bar and a bistro.
