2-Alarm Fire on Belmont Street

Firefighters responded to a two-alarm fire Tuesday morning at a Belmont Street home, between Summer Street and Highland Avenue, according to reports.

The fire, which broke out at about 9 a.m. and was knocked down by 9:45 a.m., may have started in the home’s basement and spread to the first floor, according to reports.
