3 Charged In Somerville MDMA Sting
Three Somerville men were arrested during an undercover drug bust.

SOMERVILLE, MA – Three Somerville men were arrested last week in an alleged drug deal with an undercover police officer. Cameron Linehan, 27, William Brown, 30, and Ivan Vasin, 29, were charged after Linehan allegedly sold MDMA to the officer.
Police began investigating Linehan after receiving several complaints from neighbors about activity at his Lowell Street residence. An undercover officer was introduced to Linehan, and the two met June 22 for an alleged buy.
Linehan told the officer to meet at the Lowell Street residence, and the two of them allegedly drove to a friend's house on Walnut Street to pick up the drugs, according to the police report. Once there, Linehan entered one of the apartments before rejoining the officer in his car, police said. Linehan gave the undercover what appeared to be MDMA, and detectives were notified that the purchase had been completed.
