Brass Union's "Decades Dance Party" on Valentine's Eve
Union Square lounge trades in romance for an epic dance party

Brass Union is ditching the romance requirement this Valentine’s Day in favor of an epic “Decades Dance Party.” This Valentine’s Eve celebration is designed for the happily unattached and attached alike and features sounds from DJ ABD spanning the decades with throwback cocktails to match created by beverage director Paulo Pereira.
The evening will start with the funky beats from the ‘70s where disco kings and queens will sip Harvey Wallbangers (vodka, Galliano, orange juice - $10), followed by a trip to the hair-banging and dance-fueled ‘80s where the drink of choice will be a Piña Colada (white rum, coconut milk, pineapple juice - $11). Covering the early days of hip-hop and teen pop, revelers then will flashback to ‘90s sensations with Bellinis (prosecco, white peach puree - $10) before settling into the melting pot of the 2000s. To represent the first decade of the 2000s, there will be a Penicillin cocktail (blended scotch, Islay scotch, lemon, honey, ginger - $11) and the current decade will be marked by a timeless Old Fashioned on draft (Old Forester bourbon, sugar, orange, aromatic bitters - $12).
Saturday, February 13, 10pm. Complimentary admission. Ages 21+ with proper ID.
