Monday, Feb. 19

• Kelly Carey, 30, of Quincy, was arrested at 6:08 p.m. for a Boston warrant charge of conspiracy to violate drug law.

Tuesday, Feb. 20

• Michael Zampitella, 50, of Cambridge, was arrested at 3:47 p.m. and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise and possession of dangerous weapons in violation of community ordinance.

• Richard Wheeler, 58, of Cambridge, was arrested at 8:11 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault with a dangerous weapon.

Wednesday, Feb. 21

• Christopher Hughes, 32, of Boston, was arrested at 2:47 p.m. for Suffolk Superior Court charges of larceny by check over $250, common and notorious thief and uttering false check. He also faces a Boston warrant charge of possession of a Class B drug.

Friday Feb. 23

• Timothy Cung, 35, of Somerville, was arrested at 8:13 a.m. for probation warrant charges of OUI liquor (second offense), OUI liquor (third offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with registration revoked, operating a motor vehicle with license suspended for OUI, unsafe operation of a motor vehicle and furnishing false name or social security number.

• Earl Surette, 47, of Malden, was arrested at 11:09 a.m. for a Malden warrant charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Saturday, Feb. 24

• Matthew Boudreau, 36, of Boston, was arrested at 3:47 p.m. and charged with being a fugitive from justice on court warrant and shoplifting $100+ by concealing merchandise.

• Andrew Paliotto, 33, of Boston, was arrested at 10:14 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.

• Shiquena Joseph, 31, of Boston, Ashley Stella, 24, of Reno, NV, and Rakee Ritnergill, 28, of Las Vegas, were arrested between 8-9 p.m. and charged with sexual conduct for a fee.

• Shawn Smith, 24, of Medford, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. and charged with possession to distribute Class B drug and drug violation near school.
