• Luis Curbelo, Jr., 45, of Somerville, was arrested at 6:32 p.m. and charged with OUI liquor - second offense.

• Nathan Wellman, 34, of Everett, was arrested at 8:37 p.m. for a Somerville warrant charge of juror fail to attend.

Thursday, Oct. 19
• Patrick Perkins, 40, of Philadelphia, PA, was arrested at 6:36 a.m. for Brookline warrant charges of violation of miscellaneous municipal ordinance/bylaw and disorderly conduct.
• Frank Chan, 44, of Cambridge, was arrested at 5:16 p.m. and charged with violation of a harassment prevention order.
Friday, Oct. 20
• Carl Clinton, 24, of Quincy, was arrested at 3:38 p.m. for a Somerville warrant charge of breaking and entering nighttime for a felony.
