Fit for the whole family, The Indo will dish specials including Asparagus & Fennel (hard boiled eggs, blanched large asparagus and fennel wedges, served chilled and topped with sauce gribiche - $11) and Roast Lamb Leg Boulangère (lamb roasted atop thinly sliced herbed potatoes, topped with herb butter - $26). To finish with something sweet, there is Brandied Chocolate Strawberry Shortcake ($7).
For adult brunchers, the specialty cocktail will be The Cottontail featuring Maine Craft Distilling Chesuncook Gin, cucumber & sage cordial, Lillet Blanc and Green Chartreuse ($12).
