Easter Sunday at Brass Union

WHAT: Brass Union will celebrate Easter Sunday in Union Square with a traditional brunch buffet. Fit for the whole family, executive chef Jonathan Kopacz will dish a spread of tasty brunch staples including assorted muffins, salads, seasonal fruit, oatmeal, pancakes, veggie and meat scrambles, scalloped potatoes, vegetable quiche, grilled vegetables, freshly carved ham and more.

For adult brunchers, cocktail offerings are available a la carte and include the vegan, gluten-free Union Bloody with vodka, smoked tomato juice ($10); the Salty Burro with tequila, a salt and ancho blend and house grapefruit soda ($10); a Passion Fruit Fizz with Aperol, lime, passion fruit, soda and prosecco ($9); and, a traditional Mimosa with sparkling wine and orange juice ($6).
