
WHAT: Foundry on Elm will celebrate Easter Sunday in Davis Square with an expansive brunch buffet to satisfy stomachs and taste-buds alike. Executive chef Shayne Nunes will dish out the following delights: Made-to-Order Omelet Station (assorted veggies cheeses and meats); Carving Stations (prime rib and horseradish cream; mustard and brown sugar roasted ham with pineapple sauce); Country Scrambled Eggs (chiffonade chives); Baked French Toast (maple brown sugar brûlée); House Beignets (lemon curd and chocolate sauce); Strawberry Cream Cheese Crêpes (fresh strawberries and powdered sugar); Smoked Gouda & Cheddar Mac ‘n Cheese Casserole (maple bacon lardons); Fried Chicken & Buttermilk Biscuits (spicy sausage gravy); Sweet Potato & Red Quinoa Vegetarian “Hash” (baby kale, bell peppers, asparagus, and maple-lemon ricotta); Country Home Fries (caramelized onions); Bacon & Maple Sausages; Foundry Mixed Greens (heirloom cherry tomatoes, cucumber, granny smith, red wine vinaigrette); Picnic Platter (assorted meats, cheeses, concord grapes, jam, mustard, pickles, olives); Seasonal Fruit Platter (pineapple, honeydew, cantaloupe, blood orange and berries); House Lox Station (assorted bagels, red onions, capers, dill cream cheese); and, House Granola (Greek vanilla yogurt).
To end the brunch experience with something sweet, there will be: Blueberry & White Chocolate Scones; Fresh Banana Bread; Lemon Squares; Carrot Cakes (cream cheese frosting); and, Dark Chocolate Truffles.
