The April meeting of the Somerville Garden Club features a presentation by Somerville gardener An Sokolovska. In her own garden, a stop on the 2010 SGC Garden Tour, Sokolovska practices water storage and flood control. She will discuss the use of cisterns, French drains, and gutters, while still making a haven of beauty and peacefulness--creating a garden that has a job to do. As with all SGC meeting, the public is invited to attend.
