Join us for a reception for the new book from the Somerville Community Growing Center, "Our Garden Nature Guide - Nuestra guía de la naturaleza del jardín." The artwork was done by children in the Arts in the Garden Program and text by the Children in Nature Initiative (Paula Jordan, co-ordinator.) We'll read the book in English and Spanish, and then Paula will lead a walk down to the garden for a book-themed scavenger hunt!
Funding for this project was provided by the Somerville Arts Council, a local agency of the Massachusetts Cultural Council, and NEGEF.
