We invite all educators, college counselors, school counselors, parents, and teachers to attend this engaging and compelling talk about the factors that contribute to a student's college readiness. Ms. Bouffard and Ms. Savitz-Romer will not only outline key success factors but provide insightful information about the strategies schools and families can pursue to ensure the youth in their care are "Ready, Willing, and Able" to succeed in college.

Suzanne Bouffard, PhD, is a research project manager at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and together with Mandy Savitz- Romer, PhD, a lecturer on education and the director of the prevention science and practice program at the school, authored "Ready, Willing, and Able: A Developmental Approach to College Access and Success," which will be published in April by Harvard Education Press.
