Foundry on Elm's $20 "Beer Dinner Series" in January
Davis Square spot announces lineup of featured breweries
WHAT: Foundry on Elm is announcing the lineup for its weekly Beer Dinner Series during the month of January. Each Thursday, Foundry on Elm features a two-course prix fixe menu paired with suds from a different stateside brewery for only $20 beginning at 5:00pm. Foundry’s executive chef Shayne Nunes and beer czar Geoff Thompson collaborate to develop the evening’s carte du jour, which is available in addition to the regular menu. With no reservations required, Foundry’s “Beer Dinner Series” provides an open invitation to all lovers of fine food and proper ale.
To complement Chef Shayne Nunes hops-friendly rotating menus, beer czar Geoff Thompson will select a duo of pairings from the following featured breweries each week:
January 14: Jack’s Abby (Framingham, MA)

*Foundry on Elm will not host its weekly Beer Dinner Series on January 28.
